Justin Callaway is a seasoned medical technology executive and results-driven leader, serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Sr. Vice President of R&D of CH Biomedical. Justin has a proven track record of building, developing, and supporting high-performing teams while spearheading operational excellence and strategic growth. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Justin has led multiple teams to develop, launch, and scale innovative products while driving new ways of delivering business, market, and operational efficiency and execution.

Before joining CH Biomedical, Justin’s career spanned both small startup companies, including Percardia Inc. (Merrimack, NH) and Rhythmia Medical Inc. (Burlington, MA, acquired by Boston Scientific), as well as large multinational strategic companies such as Thoratec Corporation (Burlington, MA), St. Jude Medical (Burlington, MA), Abbott Laboratories (Burlington, MA), and Smith+Nephew (Andover, MA).

Justin holds over 20 issued patents in interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, heart failure, and advanced healing therapies for sports medicine and orthopedics and has led teams that span R&D, operations, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions. He holds a BS in engineering from LeTourneau University (Longview, TX) and has continued his education through technical and operational courses at MIT Sloan. Justin is most proud of the work he and his team have delivered to benefit hundreds of thousands of patients and physicians worldwide.
