Yan serves as Vice President of Human Resources for BrioHealth Solutions. She leads all HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and development, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. Yan has over 20 years of experience in the medical device and auto industries, including HR leadership roles at Stryker, Mercury Marine, and Delphi. Yan also serves as VP of HR for CH Biomedical, Inc. Yan holds a bachelor's degree in human resources management from Soochow University and an MBA from Renmin University.
